Shipping Policy

We know you’re excited to rock your new tee, so we work hard to get your order to you ASAP! Here’s the scoop:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (because we’re only human, not robots).

  • Shipping Options: Choose from standard, expedited, or “I need this yesterday” shipping (okay, fine, we don’t offer time travel, but we’ll do our best).

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can stalk your package like it’s the season finale of your favorite show.

  • Delays: Sometimes life happens (bad weather, carrier delays, etc.). If your order is running late, don’t panic – we’ll help you track it down!

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your T-shirt as much as we love making them! But if something’s not quite right, here’s what you need to know:

  • Time Frame: You have 20 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (because we can’t resell a shirt that’s been to Coachella).

  • Process: Contact us at theaad@gmail.com to start your return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return label if needed.

  • Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable (blame the postal service, not us).

Quality Guarantee

We take pride in our T-shirts, which is why we stand by their quality. If there’s a defect or issue with your order, let us know within 20 days, and we’ll make it right – no questions asked (well, maybe a few questions, but we’ll keep it chill).
